All incoming materials like Steel Plate of IS-2062 Gr, Round Bars & Shafts of MS & Alloy Steel, CI & Steel Casting, Gun Metal for Bushes, Ball & Taper Bearing, Tooling & Shear Blades, Fastener, Gears, Flywheel, Hydraulic, Electric, Cylinder and other Misc part under go strict material test prior to taking them into production. We have all necessary mother machinery in house & quality control instruments duly calibrated from time to time for stage checking of each part & sub-assembly to ensure the dimentional accuracy prior to final fitment in the machine. Fabrication of main frame of machine & related structure are done by highly trained & qualified welder by quality welding electrode & wire.

All the test are carried out by reputed & approved authority for Chemical Properties, Ultimate tensile Strength, Yield Strength, DP & Ultra Test, Surface Hardness Test etc. Even 3rd party inspection like SGS etc is offered to our customer. There is specification check after machine is assembled before paiting. Dry run of each machine is taken from 48 to 72 hours after which physical load test is carried out to ensure the rate capacity of machine. The machine paint is of landing international make for long life.

Our machinery can sustain for more then thousand of hours with out any major break down. Neverthless one has to have a well experienced operator for our type of machine to get trouble free performance & faster return of the investment. Our machine are well designed to perform at it’s rated capacity & size as per 45 UTS of MS and 72 UTS of SS Sheet/Plate, through out the life of machine and thereby to produce high accuracy forming of sheet metal as per International Standard.
